How does the consultation process work?
We first have a quick 15 to 30 minute virtual call to get to know more about your business and find the right plant plan for your space. During this call we may set up an in-person appointment depending on the circumstances.
In-person appointments typically last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the size of the space. We check temperatures, humidity levels and light and take a few photos for the mockups.
Within the next two weeks we will create a free tailored mockup for your space. We suggest plants that fit based on the parameters we measured during our visit.
The whole consultation process including the mockups is completely free. If you don’t like our proposal, no hard feelings – you don’t need to pay anything.
After we get approval for the office design we deliver and install the plants (and pots) within the next two weeks.
Do you take care of the plants?
Yes, our plans include full plant maintenance for all plants that we rent out (and any existing plants you may already have in your office). This includes watering, pruning, fertilizing and repotting. Plus, we also reposition or replace our plants if they’re not looking so healthy.
How often do you come to take care of the plants?
We typically come every two weeks. During the consultation process we agree on a dedicated time slot.
What kind of plants do you rent?
We rent all sizes of plants depending on what works for your space – from desk buddies to two meter tall centerpieces. We combine different shapes and sizes of plants to transform your space while focusing on air purifying plants that do well in office environments – meaning they’re not too fussy and can handle lower light levels and temperatures.
We can also include outdoors plants in your plan upon request if you’d like to decorate a terrace, balcony or garden.
We do not include fake plants as they do not bring any benefits to your space.
Is there a minimum plant rental period?
Yes, there is a 6 month minimum rental period. After the first 6 months we have a 30 day notice for stopping your subscription.
In which cities are you located?
Currently, the service is available everywhere in the Netherlands.
There is a waitlist for clients in Belgium who would like to start in late 2024 or early 2025. Please send us an email if you would like to be placed on the waitlist and you will receive a lifetime 10% discount.
