What we do with your information

Information submitted to Leafy-Life will be processed to:

  • Populate the features that we provide as part of the Leafy-Life service.
  • Provide you with updates on the service and any content posted that may be of interest to you.
  • Continually improve our service offering and user experience.
  • Provide commercial services to our clients based on anonymous and aggregated data created by people using our service.

If you sign up to our mailing list we may contact you about goods or services we feel may interest you. You will only receive such contact by email.

We will not share your user information with third parties for promotional purposes without your consent.

We may collect information and compile statistics to assess user trends, which are used by third party organisations to better understand how users interact with businesses and brands online. These statistics are drawn from a dataset that does not contain any information by which you can be identified, and we will not pass on your personal details to third parties for these purposes.

How long we intend to keep your information

We will keep your data for as long as that you have a live account on our platform. You can delete your profile by contacting us via our contact page.

If you delete your account the data will disappear from our service; however, there will be a period during which your data will be held on our back-up systems. After this, all content that you created on www.shosett.com will be deleted permanently.

What user information we would like you to give to us

We ask you to provide your full name, address, email address, telephone number and payment details in order to make a purchase on our website or create an account. If you create an account, you can change these details once you are logged in to www.leafy-lifee.com. You can also provide more user information, at your discretion.

Where we hold your information

The information and content held on our platform is deployed geographically to maximise user experience.

We host our website through MijnDomein and use WordPress as a website management system. We remain responsible at all times for the security of your information, but if you want to know more about how we interact with MijnDomein or WordPress you can view their privacy policy, amongst their other policies, on their websites.

We take the security of your data very seriously. Our approach to information security is constantly evolving and continually reviewed.

We have adopted industry best practices from both technological and business process perspectives in order to make securing your data a key part of the way we do business.

We will contact you with updates about your activity on our service, and how we are evolving to deliver greater benefits to you.

You can opt in or opt out at any time you choose by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the emails, and we will provide a list of contact options on our contact page.

Every once in a while we might send you a survey to determine whether you are satisfied with our service and how we can improve. Information obtained in these surveys will be kept strictly confidential (i.e. will not be passed to others) and anonymous (i.e. individuals will not be identified).

These papers may be reproduced and published in a variety of forms and for a variety of audiences related to the broad nature of the research detailed above.
