It takes us 1-5 business days to collect the plants from the greenhouse and process yoru order. If you need to make a change to your order before it has shipped please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly but will do our best to address your request.
During winter all packages are sent out on Mondays to minimize the risk that plants will spend the whole weekend in a cold & dark warehouse. Spring to autumn, packages are sent out Monday to Wednesday (this means you should be receiving your package in the same week). Once your package is out the door, you’ll automatically receive tracking information so you can keep an eye out for it.
Products that are on backorder may take 1-2 weeks extra before they are shipped.
On the morning of the delivery, you will get an email notification from our delivery partner. The email includes an estimate for the delivery hour and the options to change the slot or to leave instructions for the courier. We recommend always following the tracking link and changing your preferences to ensure that your plant is not returned to a depot or left in the box longer than it needs to be.
Plants and pots are fragile, and occasional damages are inevitable despite our efforts. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please contact us and include your order number, a photograph of the damage with the exterior packaging and delivery label visible. We will replace (if the item is still in stock) or refund the damaged item – whatever you prefer.
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we cannot accept returns outside of damages. As with all living things, the appearance of the plant on the website may differ slightly to the one delivered since there may be some natural variation to the plant as every plant is unique and their growth is seasonal.
If you are looking to return your pot, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Contact us with your order number and let us know you’re returning the item and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the item in the condition we sent it out.
